International 101 is a welcoming end-unit condo that blends comfort, character, and year-round mountain access. Thoughtful mountain-inspired accents create the feel of a private high-country retreat, while the open layout makes it an ideal home base for families and small groups. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access in winter and step directly onto the Upper Loop trail during the summer months.

After a full day outdoors, gather in the spacious living and dining area and relax beside the stone, wood-burning fireplace—we provide the firewood. Step outside to the shared deck just beyond the living space to take in sweeping views of Washington Gulch, Paradise Divide, and classic Rocky Mountain sunsets. The bedrooms are separated on either side of the living area, offering privacy, each with its own bathroom.

This condo is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. Winter weather can change rapidly, and road conditions may become hazardous. AWD or 4WD vehicles with appropriate winter tires are strongly recommended. Please winterize your vehicle accordingly.

  This would have been our 5th stay here, but COVID got in the way in 20. So happy we could get right back this year. The condos are roomy and well equipped, the location is great. Ski on/ski off is a must for us... so we love that.
  We have stayed in a different unit each time and have never been disappointed... due to availability there were no pet friendly units this trip, but in the past have been so happy to bring the pups. Flexible and helpful attentive staff! We will be back in 2022!!

  We had a great time! Loved our views from the condo. Property management were always very helpful and kind. Condo was fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed including cascade for the dishwasher. The shuttle was quick and easy and very convenient. We had plenty of firewood for fires every night. We can't wait to go back.

  The condos are convenient and well equipped. The stair steps keep you in
  shape for hikes; some just steps away.

  Very old but well maintained. True ski in/ski out but maybe not for beginners. Shuttle came right to the lodge. Hot tub was good (be sure to sign up for a slot). Nice TV and internet service. Biggest issues were loud baseboard heaters, noise from above and quite a few steps when hauling bags/gear. Friendly staff. In the winter, 4 wheel drive is a must. We used the fireplace and wood was provided. Would consider staying again for sure.
