Chilly nights are no problem—we supply the firewood!
When meal time rolls around, whip up something simple or prepare a luxurious spread for the entire family—our fully equipped kitchen can handle it all. Thinking of dining out? In less than a 10-minute drive, you can be in downtown Crested Butte: host to your favorite local restaurants. Or grab some grub at the resort’s base area in no time; it’s only one mile away.
Take a pause from your day or wrap up the evening with the incredible sights from the condo’s deck area just outside your back door. You’ll enjoy views of Washington Gulch, Paradise Divide, and unforgettable Rocky Mountain sunsets.
Retire for the night in arrangements perfectly suited for your group of four to six people. With one Queen bed, two Twins, and a Queen sleeper sofa, the entire family can rest easy after activity-packed days. The two bedrooms are spacious, each with an adjoining bath and large wardrobe; storing all your gear and luggage is hassle-free.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International Building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access I-101.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.

  This would have been our 5th stay here, but COVID got in the way in 20. So happy we could get right back this year. The condos are roomy and well equipped, the location is great. Ski on/ski off is a must for us... so we love that.
  We have stayed in a different unit each time and have never been disappointed... due to availability there were no pet friendly units this trip, but in the past have been so happy to bring the pups. Flexible and helpful attentive staff! We will be back in 2022!!

The kitchen had everything we needed including cascade for the dishwasher. The shuttle was quick and easy and very convenient. We had plenty of firewood for fires every night.   Very old but well maintained. True ski in/ski out but maybe not for beginners. Shuttle came right to the lodge. Hot tub was good (be sure to sign up for a slot). Nice TV and internet service. Biggest issues were loud baseboard heaters, noise from above and quite a few steps when hauling bags/gear. Friendly staff. In the winter, 4 wheel drive is a must. We used the fireplace and wood was provided. Would consider staying again for sure.
