This cozy two-bedroom unit was just given a tasteful remodel, including refinished kitchen cabinets and counter tops, new appliances, new beds and linens, plus colorful and comfortable new living and dining room furnishings and decor. The fireplace is actually a wood-burning stove to keep you toasty after skiing! The condo has two large bedrooms, each with an adjoining full bathroom.Enjoy the beautiful views of the West Elk Mountains year-round from the large patio accessible from the living room and bedrooms. For additional convenience, International-102 is located close to the guest laundry facilities, sauna, and seasonal hot tub. Enjoy easy access to and from the slopes and trails in winter and summer!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International Building is entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access I-102.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

**Dog Friendly**
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning. A $200 damage deposit is required at check-in.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

**Please note our Deposit Policy at San Moritz Condos: If you book your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the Full Payment amount is due upon booking. If you book your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, half of the total amount is due upon booking as your Initial Deposit. The other Final Payment half is due 30 days from your arrival.**

This year we got epic snow and were worried about getting out of the parking lot safely with our two wheel drive minivan, but they got a snow plow up there pretty quick and the management allowed us to check out late so we had time to shovel and get our vehicle out safely.   The unit was comfortable, well equipped, and laid out great for 2 couples. The dresser in the bedroom with bunk beds had 2 drawers that would not run on its tracks so needs adjustment.

  Good location to the hill, although a bit challenging for the novice skiers to get to and from the condo. Unit was clean and well stocked. Staff was very nice and shuttle was a nice touch. Hot tub area not that appealing, could be cleaned up.

  We discovered San Moritz condos several years ago and have stayed in several units over the years. The affordability, location, view and overall layout of the condos make them our number one go to place to stay in Crested Butte. The view is spectacular, and the way the condos are laid out is really great for sharing with two families or just having space between the master and the kids side of the condo. We love being able to put up hammocks and just drink in the view. This last trip, our family rented out four separate units in the Paradise and International condos, and we all were able to visit each other with a quick walk down the stairs or across the footpath. It was awesome!! We loved having our own kitchens and bathrooms, etc...but being so close to each other. Thanks San Moritz for always making our stay at CB wonderful.

  Condo fit our family great. Snow was good. The shuttle and drivers were fantastic!! Enjoyed the fireplace/wood stove but it was hard to get started as all the wood was large pieces. Overall great experience!!

  This place was nice. My biggest ding was the flippin' stairs. We were in a 100 level unit and so had to go down and up several flights of stairs many times carrying things - it got kind of old, especially with the 9000+ ft elevation. But the condo itself was very comfortable and very well equipped. We had a wedding shower there and the dishes, silverware and cookware were all very nice and in very good shape. Lots of pillows so we all could find one or more that was to our liking. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I will recommend this property to others for the next event.
  
  We went downtown and enjoyed a nice drink from the distillery Montanya. I felt comfortable downtown - as every single person was wearing a mask. The farmers market on Sunday morning was really nice, and there were a few coffee shops that our group tried out taht were very good.

  This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 active boys 15,12, and 8 all eager to downhill mountain bike. The condo has spectacular views of the mountains and views of the lifts to your right, and downtown area to your left. We played hard by day and loved the comforts of resting at the end of the day in the quite condo. We appreciate that the condo is out of the busy areas of the lifts and downtown, but within view.

  A very nice and perfect condo for the skiing experience. Clean and up to date, although I spent a good amount of time trying to clean the stainless steel pots and pans every time I used them. A non-stick set of pots and pans would be a great addition! And one last comment - if someone is sleeping in the top bunk bed, it squeaks EVERY time the person turns over. Otherwise, a great spot!

  Didn't have any issues with the Condo. Comfortable place to stay. Beds were very comfortable also. Has a great porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful views after a day of hiking. Very family friendly. I would definitely book this place again.
