Stick around for the sunset—you won’t want to miss it. When temps begin to drop, grab some free firewood and snuggle up around the beautiful wood-burning fireplace.
In addition to these mountain cabin feels, you’ll also enjoy updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts a new range oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll have all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and dishes you need.
Not into cooking on vacation? No problem! Downtown Crested Butte is host to your favorite restaurants (and shops!) and is less than a 10-minute drive down the mountain. Or pop over to the base area at the resort, less than a mile away.
If driving in a snowstorm is not on your to-do list, simply call up the shuttle during ski season. It’s FREE with your stay! This local, on-call service runs 8am-midnight in winter. Call up the driver; they’ll pick you up right in front of your condo and take you directly to your destination—either at the resort or into downtown. Another quick call, and you’re back to your condo in no time.
When it’s time to hit the slopes, you can walk to the end of the parking lot and ski down right to the West Wall Lift. Ski back in when you’ve had your fill!
Mountain bike and hiking trails are right outside the building too!
You’re never far from adventure when you stay here. And you’ll rest easy after a fun-filled day. With one Queen bed and two Full beds, everyone has a place to rest their head. Even the family dog! This condo is dog friendly, so no one gets left behind while you travel.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International Building is entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access I-104.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Friendly
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. During the winter, enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub just down the hall. The sauna is open year round. Every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.

  We love this place. It was our fourth year staying for 3 - 4 weeks and we love the convenience and amenities. Sure, it could use an update, but fancy aesthetics are not critical to us. The kitchen appliances are all new, we love the fireplace and unlimited firewood, and rejuvenate every afternoon in the jacuzzi. If you want convenience and value, you can't beat San Moritz Condominiums at Crested Butte.

  Only complaint is that the supposedly free shuttle would not pick us up because he said it was too busy so we had to hike all the way down to the town center to catch the bus into town. Other than that great place.

    So sorry you were not able to catch a ride! Per our shuttle card included in every arrival packet, we do not do town runs between 8am-10:30am and 3pm-5:30pm. This way, we can cater to skiers going to/coming off the mountain. We can, however, drop you at the base area and you may take the town shuttle from there. I apologize if that was not clear when speaking with the driver. Just to clarify, tips are appreciated, but the shuttle service is a free ride.   We had a wonderful time! Only complaint was the water temperature, it was either hot or cold in shower. This is our second time at San moritz would love to start seeing some updates, like outdoor hottub would be amazing! But a wonderful time and we will be back!

  This place was comfortable for the two of us. We brought our dog and it was nice that they allow that. They have a great TV and comfortable sitting area to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. Plenty of seating in the kitchen for a big crowd, if you have it. The kitchen is lacking a little in a few items to help with cooking (we couldn't find big serving spoons for sauces and their utensils are lacking. We also would have liked some microwaveable dishes to cook vegetables in) , but they have really nice pots and pans and dishes. The beds are comfortable enough, but I would suggest they get some new sheets. They were rough and the fitted sheet kept pulling away from the mattress. But we managed. We really love staying at San Moritz. The management staff is always very helpful, especially the sweet attendant in the main office. She is always so pleasant and greets you with a smile. We also appreciate the service that will bring you new towels and pick up your trash if you are staying there for longer than a few days. We really had a wonderful week. Crested Butte has our hearts.

  Everything was wonderful and just like in the photos. Truly felt like home and rooms were a lot bigger than they seemed from photos. We took full advantage of the ski in/out advantage which was amazing! Our dog loved hanging out in the snow outside the back door. We used the hot tub every night since it was right next door. They have free firewood so no need to bring any! We stopped at City Market in Gunnison for food, and the condo had plenty of cookware but we did not count on there not being basics like salt and pepper, oil, foil, soap, or additional toilet paper. We made do but remember to bring any and all cooking materials and bath items with you. I would book this condo again in an INSTANT. No issues at all with anything.
