Enjoy new flooring and carpets, new beds, new sofa (please note there are no longer futons in the living room as currently pictured), and great views from every room of this cozy yet spacious condo. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The remodeled walk-through kitchen and bar provide a rustic yet elegant feel. The bedrooms are welcoming, each with adjoining bath and large wardrobe. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large patio that boasts amazing west-facing views of Washington Gulch and the town of Mt. Crested Butte. Paradise-102 is conveniently located near the guest laundry facilities, sauna, and seasonal hot tub.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are three flights of stairs to access P-102.

There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  We had 3 adults and a small dog and the unit was very nice, with room for more. It looked just like in the photos and everything was clean and good working order. All the beds were comfortable couches looked new. They even put out sheets for the dog so he could join us on the couch. The only minor, in unit, complaint is the lack of Tupperware.
  
  The location is great. Once you are in the parking lot it is a short walk to the slopes. This is a true ski in ski out. The run back is a black, but an easy black, bumps at the top since it wasn’t groomed while we were there.
  
  Now for the stairs. As the description says there are three flights of stairs from the parking down to the unit. One flight before you enter the building and two inside the building. The lack of snow removal by the top of the outdoor stairs made it a slippery adventure just getting to the stairs. As for the interior stairs, neither of the flights of stairs has a handrail on the open side of the stairs. As an architect I have no idea how they are allowed to not have a railing.

    I'm glad you found this unit nice and the location great! With the amount of snow we have received and how busy we have been, it is difficult for the plow to get every inch of the parking lot, including the path leading to the stairs. Therefore, it can get slippery during the season with the melt and freeze cycle. As far as the interior railing goes, the buildings are over 50 years old and are grandfathered in. However, the board here is currently planning an interior remodel within the next couple of years with plans to add railings to the stairs. Thanks for taking time to review! --Christine

  Our condo in the Paradise building was the perfect place for our family spring break. This was our first visit to Crested Butte and we have already planned the next trip. Our condo was nice and updated and perfect for our family including 2 teenage boys and our service dog. The staff and most specifically, the shuttle drivers were excellent. We rarely had a wait over a few minutes and never had to use our vehicle to get to and from the mountain and to and from town for evening dinners. If I had to have any requests, it would be to have an outside ho ttub, but the interior ones in our unit were perfect for relaxing after long days of skiing. I highly recommend this condo!

  We had a great time at the St Moritz Condos this past weekend. We were very happy with our stay and accommodations. The office was extremely responsive to any requests or questions that we had, and the shuttle service they provided was a huge benefit during all the snow we were having that weekend. I loved that we could actually ski down to the resort lifts from our condo parking lot, and it was very easy to get back using the bus or shuttle or skiing back if you wanted as well. I would definitely stay here again.
