What’s a vacation without the perfect location? You won’t have to wonder when you book your stay in Keystone-101. Our location is close to everything!
In ski season, a short walk leads to a groomed slope down to the West Wall lift, just a stone’s throw away. Slide into a chair, and your epic adventure begins.
In summer and fall, step off the patio, and you are on the mountain! Hop onto a nearby trail and explore why we call CB the “Wildflower Capital”. When fall arrives, enjoy unforgettable views of glittering, golden aspen leaves. Kebler Pass—home to one of the largest aspen groves in the country—starts just 15 minutes from our condo.
Don’t forget to visit the creative, historic district downtown: host to your favorite restaurants and shops. It’s just a 10-minute drive down the mountain!
Looking for grub closer to home? The resort base area is only one mile away.
Looking to cook at home? Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for any meal. An assortment of cookware, bakeware, serving pieces, and fun gadgets make it easy. Store your groceries in our roomy pantry. Don’t forget to add coffee, tea, sugar, and specialty seasonings to your list!
In addition to the location, our amenities keep guests coming back year after year. Store your ski gear in our locker. Grab some chairs and catch the sunset from our west-facing patio. Store your bikes in the bike rack just outside in the parking lot. Use the bike wash station also provided!
Grill up some juicy steaks on the charcoal Weber grill just outside the front door of the building.
Keystone-101 is also down the hall from the Finnish dry sauna, seasonal hot tub, and coin-operated laundry.
If driving in a snowstorm is not on your to-do list, we’ve got your back. In ski season, our free, local shuttle service runs 8:00 am. to midnight, 7 days a week. Too tired to ski back home? We can pick you up at the base area. Ready to go downtown? Be there in 15 minutes.
When it’s time to call it a night, wind down around a wood-burning fireplace (we supply the firewood!) with your choice of a book, game, or puzzle from the closet.
Start dreaming your next day of adventure when you lay your head to rest on either the King bed or 2 Full beds—perfect for your group of 4 to 6.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!
Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder.

The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access K-101.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Friendly
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

  We love staying at San Moritz and wouldn’t choose any other place for our annual family ski trip to Crested Butte (Family of 4 + our dog).   Nice pet friendly unit with easy ski access. Unit is ski out to the West Wall lift, but not quite ski in. Ski in requires 65 steps uphill to get to the unit. Unit is well equipped and clean.

  Great place to stay. Next to the slopes to ski down to the lift. After skiing the sauna and hot tub took out all the kinks. The condo had all the kitchen stuff to cook great meals if we decided not to go into town due to the 30+ inches of snow. After dinner there were plenty of games, books and puzzles in the "FUN" closet.

  Pros: excellent and responsive management, the unit is dog-friendly, steps away from the hot tub and washers/dryers, steps away from the West Wall lift.
  
  Considerations: snow drifts blocked 90% of our view out of all windows, small galley kitchen with dated furnishings, dated master bath (recently renovated guest bath, though), spotty Wi-Fi from the master bedroom, no fold-out couch in the living room, indoor hot tub, moderately challenging (for us Texans) to down to the unit from the West Wall lift (versus walking ~25 yards up the hill with your gear).

  First time to Crested Butte. The condo location was awesome when it came to getting to the ski slopes. The building and condo are rather dated but very comfortable. Loved the unlimited supply of wood for the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. Also offers a shuttle service to downtown.

We have never been disappointed in the condos we have stayed in...best of all, they allow pets and are most accommodating to our furry kiddos. The views are perfect, the staff is always prompt and professional. The only disappointed was not getting to see Cruzer, the manager's giant Malamute. LOL!

  We stayed for 4 nights at the Keystone property. It was such a cozy condo and really made the ski trip that much better! We were right next to the lifts, you could practically ski down there. Good amount of space and comfy beds. The condo was cleaning and the staff was so wonderful! The cherry on top had to be the complimentary shuttle that will take you around town. The only negative we had was the people above us were so incredibly loud at the worst times of night but I know that’s not the condos fault. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit crested butte again! 10/10!

  K101 is a nice unit with new carpet and comfortable king size bed. The chairs and sofa on the living room were not so comfortable to us. We enjoyed homey eclectic furnishings. There was some noise coming from somewhere that sounded like pipes or water dripping. As were on the 1st floor and end unit we were surprised with the foot traffic on the patio.
