Short-Term Rental License: 306400

Conveniently located at the slope end of the building, this condo provides comfort and style. After its recent renovation, International-201 now features all new carpets and freshly painted walls. The well-equipped kitchen has been remodeled in an Italian theme and would please any chef. Among other comforts, there is a jacuzzi bath tub for ultimate relaxation. In addition to the TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, two of the bedrooms also have a TV. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy incredible views of the town of Mt. Crested Butte, Washington Gulch, and the slopes. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. I-201 is conveniently located steps from the slopes and trails.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International Building entrance is on the third floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access I-201.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk to the end of the parking lot, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  This place has a great location for skiing. Most units will require some steps and walking to ski. International bldg unit 201 is well stocked. The only downside is there are no smart tvs or king-sized beds.

And we try to advertise with photos and details that accurately represent the unit. While the condo does not have smart TVs, we do offer DirecTV in the unit.   Enjoyable accommodations on the hillside with ski-out/ski-in features (although a bit challenging). Condo was well stocked and in good shape. The wood fireplace was an exceptionally comforting feature. We would recommend updating the beds (lots of squeaks) and the bedding (a bit tattered). Otherwise, see you again next season!

  We brought 3 families, including 7 adults and 5 kids (including 2 under 2). The two units were on the same floor with a connecting hallway. We mostly had both doors open and kids and adults went back and forth frequently ... almost as if we were all in one unit. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly. Housekeeping was great supplying fresh linens regularly. We enjoyed the convenient & prompt access to the shuttle to go to/from the base or town. The wood-burning fireplace was well used and the firewood storage right outside our door made it extra convenient. We were cooking for 12. The kitchens accommodated all our needs. We will book again for next year. Unit 202 is dated inside, but still clean and functional. Unit 201 has been updated but really with the same functionality.

  Our second time to stay at San Moritz with family of 18 for a ski trip. We rented 2 condos in the International building. One of the things we like best about the location is the ski in/ski out feature. Works for our group in general, but not for beginners! Highlight of our stay this time was the San Moritz shuttle! With having little ones skiing for first time it was a game changer. They were always within 5 mins away and so friendly and helpful. While some of the condos are a bit outdated, we feel like the price and the shuttle access make it well worth the stay!

  Overall, everything went well here and was well worth it! Christine and other employees were readily available and very helpful when we had questions or concerns. Location was great! I'm sure that each condo is different based on the owner, but ours was as expected. We were not looking for the fanciest place but really wanted a good rate and got it. The place itself was dated and could have had less worn and fresher looking bedding. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and we had no major problems other than noisy neighbors. We did not feel comfortable knocking on a door of partying people, and security would not investigate without our knowing exactly which unit, and they did not investigate any further. It didn't seem safe or smart to take into our own hands. It's a great place that could use a little freshening up and some TLC.

  The location is great. The floors allow some noise from above, but it wasn't too bad. Christine at the front desk was great. She recommended restaurants and hiking trails for viewing wild flowers. She was knowledgeable and her recommendations were all spot on. She answered any question we had and jumped on a minor repair we requested right away. Our room was clean, spacious and less expensive than others near by. It was a little dated but comfortable. We saw another unit in the building that was totally remolded. Each unit is different.

  The location was great for ski access. We had 2 families of 4 staying in the unit and it was the perfect size for everyone to be comfortable. The unit is a corner unit, so it's got an extra large deck to watch the skiers at the end of the day, or watch the weather come in. Great views of the mountain and of the town of Crested Butte. We would go back to this exact unit.

  Very close to lift. A little weird set up as you walk in and share a hallway instead of a private entrance door. People above were noisey. Need to replace carpet with rubber wood floor for skiing and add a bench so other people don't walk and ruin areas with ski boots.
