Enjoy the comfortable amenities and convenience to the slopes and trails that this unit located in the Paradise Building has to offer! Extensively remodeled with new furnishings and finishes, plus final touches like new mattresses and luxury linens in the bedrooms. Enjoy new lighting and artwork, pantry closet, updated window treatments, and new outdoor furniture. Guests have access to the washer/dryer in unit. For your entertainment, Paradise-202 provides two new flat screen televisions: one in the living room, one in the king master bedroom. The open concept living room is perfect for family and friends to gather. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you warm on the those snowy nights. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. The west-facing views of Washington Gulch and Paradise Divide are stunning!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Paradise Building entrance is on the third floor. There are a few steps from the parking lot, plus one flight of stairs down to access P-202.
*There are two parking spaces available for guests.*

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk to the end of the parking lot, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

**Please note our Deposit Policy at San Moritz Condos: If you book your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the Full Payment amount is due upon booking. If you book your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, half of the total amount is due upon booking as your Initial Deposit. The other Final Payment half is due 30 days from your arrival.**

  I had originally stayed at the San Moritz back in the 80’s when I was a child, and wanted to begin the same tradition with my family and siblings. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit in Paradise, and had the most wonderful time. The location, views from the balcony, and amenities provided exactly what we needed. As Crested Butte is a different kind of place than say, Aspen or Breckenridge, having both the ease of access to the slopes, as well as a fully furnished condo to cook and keep things in order for the family put us all in a position to get the most out of our time. Staying at San Moritz will give you those warm and fuzzy feelings that remind you of the past. (The slow internet will remind you of the past, too ...but when you come to CB that should be the least of your concerns) Our unit (Paradise 202) came with a washer and dryer, as well as two parking spots. The washer and dryer and two parking spots were what sold us over other options. Being able to ski down to the lifts from the end of the parking area is fantastic, as is the ability to ski right back over for lunch or at the end of the day. We will definitely be staying at San Moritz in the future.

  The reservation process was easy and done well by the office staff. Unit 202 was appealing and in good condition. Maintenance staff was prompt and took care of the hot water problem that we had in the master shower. Water in that shower was only warm so we called the office and maintenance guy came out and corrected the problem. The problem re-occurred and it was fixed again and worked properly for remainder of visit.
