This recently remodeled unit features a new kitchen, complete with cherry cabinets, new appliances, and granite countertops; two new bathrooms; new furniture; and two LED flatscreens - 42" in the living room and 24" in the master suite.

The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and dishes you need to serve a large group, and there is a spacious pantry for you to store your supplies. The kitchen is open to the living area, separated by a four-seat bar and a table that seats eight comfortably.

The living room is very comfortable with ample seating for your group. There are games, puzzles, and books for your use along with a variety of DVDs and VHS tapes. Enjoy the iTunes music player and our wood burning fireplace - we supply the firewood. The view from the balcony is incredible and can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. Gaze directly up the valley of Washington Gulch and the Mt. Crested Butte’s base area. On sunny days, you’ll want to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee or after-skiing cocktails.

The condo comfortably sleeps eight people with a king in the master (with an ensuite bathroom), a king in second bedroom, and queen and bunk bed in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower/bath combo with plenty of counter space and drawers. This setup is ideal for a large family or two couples and several children.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access P-203.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk to the end of the parking, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.

  Great place to stay for skiing. 6 adults and 3 small kids with plenty of space and just perfect accommodations. Only thing that wasn’t good is the condo should have been cleaned better under beds and sofas. It’s never fun finding things that previous guests left behind. The other was getting to the unit is tough in the snow condition and parking is limited close to the unit.

  The master bedroom bed mattress was terrible. I had to double up the comforter under the bottom sheet to decrease the morning backache. And I do not have any back problems! The condo was clean and location was good. Front office staff were outstanding!

  Awesome condo - great amenities, very well furnished, the place is in great shape, extremely clean, 10 out of 10 for the condo unit. I will definitely rent again.
  
  The only critique is for the San Moritz management regarding parking lot clearing...The week we were there temps were in the high teens - low 30s and no snow. Unfortunately the parking lot was a mess to actually pull into a space. The drives up to the lots were fine/cleared, but the parking lot spaces were atrocious. Definitely need better care in keeping lot cleared of melting/refreezing snow. The lot was finally cleared the second to last day of our stay which was appreciated.

  We stayed at the Paradise building which was an easy walk to the end of the parking lot and then a ski run down to the lift. Even easier to ski back in the afternoon. There is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up at you condo and bring you down to the resort, or downtown CB. (and back)

  We stayed about 4 days the week of Christmas. 6 Adults and 1 child. The facility fit us perfect!
  My concern was in finding the kitchenware adequate for fixing Christmas dinner. Plenty of dishware and utensils were found. What was not found would be things such as plastic wrap or foil, napkins, storage bags, and trash bags. Family was a bit frustrated with the limited supply and quality of soap and bathroom/kitchen paper supply. Trash pick up the following Monday morning took place earlier than 10:00 promised and the dumpster at the end of the condo block that we took our own trash to was full to the brim and over flowing.
  Those of us that skied learned that you are able to get on to the nearby ski area only if you have your own equipment and ski pass, otherwise you will be driving over to the base to get set up. Those of us that did not ski were disappointed the advertised dog sledding and horse carriage rides that did not exist in CB. This is not a condo error.
  People should be provided a map for the complexes before they arrive rather than in their key packet. A family member was lost trying to find the condo rented. Also, people should know that there may be a walk from their parking spot to the front door and a walk down a flight of stairs as there is no elevator. The property management contacted ahead and had everything prepare for our arrival. I would stay here again.

    So glad that this condo worked well for your group! We do supply trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps for free, but other items are not guaranteed. Our dumpsters do get very full quickly during the busiest season of the year. Unfortunately, dog sledding and sleigh rides were not available at the time of your visit, but they are typically available here. We do have a deal with Black Tie Ski Rental Delivery who can come to the condo and do a fitting right in the unit, so you don't have to go to the base. West Wall Lift will let you on without a lift ticket if you are just going to the base area. I like the idea of sending the map ahead of time! Will definitely incorporate that into my check-in instructions email! I do have number of stairs and note about no elevator on listing. Thanks for all of your feedback!   Had total of three units, with all our immediate family. Property has great views, was clean and we had a great time. Due to lack of snow was not really ski in ski out and unless located on end toward base I do not know if you could ever really call it that. Overall we had a great time. Unit could have used a place to store skis and ski boots etc.

    We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. P203 is a nice condo with wonderful views. The San Moritz complex is slopeside to Crested Butte Mountain Resort, so we are considered ski-in/ski-out. You are correct about the snowfall during the winter of 17-18. It's very rare for us to get so little snow, so the ski resort was not able to open the closest ski run to this building. There was snow on the run, so you could still ski-in/ski-out, but the ski resort was not able to groom the run. Those conditions were not normal, but we're definitely looking forward to this winter!
