Paradise 204 is a corner unit with excellent access to the road and ski slopes. Enjoy one of the best possible views of Washington Gulch and the West Elk Mountains with windows in the living room and two bedrooms. The unit has a beautifully renovated kitchen with new oven and stove, granite counter tops, and new cabinets. All new flooring was installed in the Fall of 2020. Two new Smart TVs installed in August 2022. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive rock fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious, each with large wardrobes. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. It is located a few feet from the fully stocked wood shed for easy firewood access and just one floor above the guest laundry facilities, sauna, and seasonal hot tub. 

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access P-204.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  Nothing super spectacular about it. Lots of stairs though. It is on the hill, but affordable compared to the town rentals. Some parts of the unit look remodeled and others look run down and need work.

  This property worked great for 2 couples, the view and location were amazing. The ski in / out is a bit tough for the Type 1 skier, but you can call the shuttle for a free ride to and from the slopes to avoid that.
  The shuttle was also really convenient to take back and forth to town and not have to worry about parking etc.

  We really enjoyed our stay in Paradise 204. The layout of the condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room is pretty worn, but the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the amount of stairs going in and out of the condo, and while this unit is ski on/ski off this building is the furthest from the slopes so it was a good walk to get to the point where you could put your skis on. The hot tub and sauna are in the basement.

The walk to end the of the parking lot is about 100 feet. The hot tub and sauna are on the first floor of the building, which is one floor below this condo, but not the basement.   We loved the condo, fireplace, and most of all LOCATION! Ski in and ski out is the only way to live. The place was spotless and we didn't want for anything while we were there. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids to spread out and be comfortable. It was a bit weird to have an indoor hot tub (was weirdly muggy), but really - 1st world problems. If we are ever back in CB, we will return!

  Check in upon arrival was very simple; the woman who assisted us throughout our stay was great. This is the perfect place to stay in Crested Butte if you are planning on skiing - you can literally walk out the door, strap on your sticks and ski down to the West Wall lift...and also ski right back into the parking lot. This made it super easy to come back for a lunch break, since you aren't able to warm up indoors most places due to COVID. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. We utilized the San Moritz shuttle throughout our stay which was also very convenient. We would definitely stay in here in the future.

  The condo was very well stocked especially the kitchen. Had every pot or appliance I could have asked for. Overall the property was very well kept. On the day of arrival (Christmas Day) so slipped and broke my ankle on the steps going from paradise to jokerville as ice was not removed from them. So that was a bummer because I didn’t get to ski. The driving staff were very nice and helpful. Never had to wait more that 10 min for a shuttle. Keystone and joker like we’re a little easier to get to base by skiing down if you are not as experienced. Overalll had a great trip and will be back.

  Excellent slope side 3BR condo. Clean, comfy beds, beautiful views, nice layout and cozy wood fireplace with plenty of good wood. Highly recommend San Moritz. Quiet area and enjoyed the sunny deck. Only negatives were minor. Would have preferred to be on the 3rd floor for ease of getting up and down stairs in ski boots, luggage and groceries. Also heard footsteps above us but not too bad. Heavy snow at the end of the week made it difficult to ski back to condo for novices. CB did not groom the path in. Fine for more advanced skiers. Overall great vacation spot.
