Conveniently located on the slope side of the building, Jokerville-201 is a cozy yet spacious condo, located steps from the slopes and trails. Ski access just out the back door.

The kitchen is extensively remodeled - boasting new cabinets, an over-sized sink, and stainless steel appliances.

The three bedrooms are spacious with large closets. The bathrooms were remodeled in 2017. There is one full bathroom with top-of-the-line finishes. The second bathroom is 3/4 and also has a washer and dryer.

A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy incredible views of the town of Mt. Crested Butte and Washington Gulch. You'll also enjoy views of the slopes and West Wall lift! The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are about 2.5 flights of exterior stairs to access J-201.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

This condo is ski-in/ski-out, and the Jokerville building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  The property/cabin are a bit dated but the cabin itself is great for a few friends or a small family. The kitchen is newly renovated and is very nice. The beds are also super comfortable which helps after a long day skiing. No elevator so a lot of stairs to climb which was tough for us with a lot of groceries. The "ski in/out" is a bit deceiving. You can definitely ski out of the back door right down to the west lift but ski in is not really possible - unless you ski an ungroomed black that is pretty dicey. The walk back up the hill was a killer. Maybe just end-up at the base and call the shuttle for ride. The shuttle was very convenient and the driver was super nice. Janet at the front-desk was super helpful and great to deal with!

  Great condo for our trip. We enjoyed being so close to the lift. We loved being close tomth firewood room and the hotub as well. Only suggestion would be to update the pillows. They seemed like they’ve been around a while 😐😐😐. It would be nice to have a humidifier in the bedrooms as well for the guests coming from a different climate. San Moritz staff and shuttle drivers met our every need and were professional and curious.

  We loved this roomy little condo. It is so thoughtfully laid out with plenty of room for two families, though our visit was a simple couple’s getaway. The kitchen is open to the living room for a great space to cook and linger with family. We absolutely loved the wood burning fireplace with endless supply of wood.   We lovd the condo and location was awesome. We could ski right out the back door and return right back to the same spot at the end of the day. Plenty of space and nice updates. The carpet in the main living space needs to go. Not great in a snowy place and we struggled with the heat. It was so hot. I think the heat from the unit below was coming up to our unit. It was well stocked enough for our cooking needs. The stairs could be a problem for some but didn’t bother us. We really liked the ski storage area right in the unit by the back door. Very convenient. Overall we loved it and would rent again! Beautiful views!

  Condo has location that can't be beat as long as there is snow. Clean and well kept. Be warned that loading your stuff in and out is no easy task. You either have to climb about 40 stairs, or load in from back where you have to carry your stuff about 50 yards on either snow or dirt. And if you load in at night on the flat area, there are no lights.
  
  For cooking, bring everything you need, as there is no spices, oil, etc... left behind from previous renters.
  
  Overall beds were pretty comfortable.
  
  Free shuttle is one of the best features, super convenient for getting around the area without a car.
