Enjoy the comfort and convenience of Jokerville-203. Recently updated with new curtains and bedding! This condo boasts all new flooring throughout the unit. Updated beds include four Queens and a Twin for versatile sleeping arrangements. The bedrooms are spacious, each with large wardrobes. The living room sports a sleeper couch with comfy side chairs. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony area with beautiful views of the West Elk Mountain Range. This is a pet friendly unit, so you can bring the whole family when you travel. All you need is a fire in the fireplace; the wood is conveniently located out the back door! Ski access is right out this door too!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are about 2.5 flights of exterior stairs to access J-203.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

Our complex is ski-in/ski-out, and the Jokerville building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The rental was comfortable and met our needs. It would be nice if the lighting could be improved inside -- every room except the kitchen was fairly dark and difficult to see. We used the hot-tub and were unsure about using the towels from the condo -- but as there was no other choice, we did use them. The staff at the condo were excellent and very nice.

  Our family of 7 fit comfortably in this unit. We did find that many lights weren't working, the bathrooms were both dirty and the unit could use some updates. Check in and the hose was great at communicating and friendly.

  My family and I really enjoyed staying here over Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, it has all the amenities we wanted. It was a little dated but everything worked and was clean. There wasn't much snow so at that time there was maybe a 100 yard walk to the lifts. We will definitely stay here again.

  The place was very clean. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking and all the appliances worked. The TV has all the premium movie channels with DirectTV and a Chromecast. We could have made a fire but did not. The hot tub is just downstairs. It was always available when we wanted it, but is rather cozy. The unit is level with the ground as you walk out on the snow. You can strap on your boards right there and ski down to the West Wall lift. You can either ride that up and ski down to the main base area or its short walk up a hill. My only complaint is the pillows weren't for me, maybe bring your own.
