Location, location, location! At our complex, this condo is as close as you can get to the West Wall lift, so you can enjoy TRUE ski-in/ski-out access in winter.
During the summer, walk over to the base area in no time! From there, visit the Adventure center, or ride the Silver Queen lift and summit Mt. CB. Take in the views at over 12,000 feet—it’s spectacular.
Ready to venture to the historic, creative district downtown? The cozy, quaint atmosphere of Elk Ave. is picture-perfect. This area hosts the valley’s best restaurants, retail shops, and art galleries. And it’s less than a 10-minute drive from this condo! Or hop on the free town shuttle—the stop is just down the street. In winter, don’t let weather hold you back; you can leave the driving to us. Guests enjoy free, on-call shuttle service provided by the condo complex. The shuttle runs 8:00 a.m. until midnight during ski season and transports to the base area as well as downtown.
Once you’ve had your fill of epic adventures, you’ll appreciate the convenience of this entry-level condo—no flights of stairs to access!
Take advantage of the fully, well-stocked kitchen when mealtime rolls around. Make a batch of your famous chili in our crockpot, perfect after a long day of skiing. Or dream up a luxurious spread for the entire family; you can make it happen with no problem. Thinking of grilling out during one of our perfectly cool summer nights? The charcoal Weber grill is just steps away from your condo in the common area outside the building.
Wind down with a glass of your favorite wine while you lounge in our patio chairs and admire stunning Rocky Mountain sunsets. Wrap up the evening snuggled around the fireplace—you can stock up on free firewood just down the hall from the condo.
Our bed arrangements are perfectly suited for your group of up to 9 people. With two King beds, one Queen bed, and one Twin-over-Queen bunk, everyone has a place to rest their head peacefully.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are two parking spaces available for guests. Entry-level condo: no flights of stairs to access.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

  We love this solid option with lots of space and a great location - but the decor uses lots of hides (carpets all hides and barstools scratchy fur as well), which have prompted severe allergies both years for our family. The master comforter also is dusty and needs updating.

  We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 7 to 15. This place for all of us nicely. The condo is right off the west wall lift making it easily ski in\out. We had a lot of snow while we were there and didn't have any trouble with the driveway to the condo with our all AWD vehicle. We did watch a two wheel drive vehicle not make it up, so beware. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything you would need. We cooked each night and had no troubles. Beds & furniture were all comfortable. WiFi was good. The wood burning fireplace was nice. The condo even supplied wood. Overall, perfect stay. I would suggest though that the management company invest in key code for locks. Having ski in\out means or group would come and go throughout. Only two keys made it difficult to make sure nobody was locked out. But that is just nit picking, we loved the place and had a great time. Thanks for letting us stay!

  Very good stay - with great layout and all the kitchen gadgets you could want. Perfect location and porch a true plus. Two king beds also a great addition. Not great hot tub or amenities. Also - unfortunately, allergies terrible in the condo! There are a ton of fur / hide things all around. The counter stools and bench and all floors. Not sure if that was the issue - but we experienced allergies there like no place we’ve stayed before.

    Thanks for staying and taking time to review! Hot tubs are available during ski season only. We do have a sauna on the first floor the building that is open year-round. Other amenities that we offer include free firewood, a location that provides ski-in/ski-out access and hike/bike to trails, free shuttle service, which is available 4pm-midnight on weekends in the summer and available 7 days a week, 8am to midnight, in ski season. We also have an on-site staff that provides housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, etc. services--all great amenities for a short-term rental condo that is not a hotel. We have never had complaints about allergies in this unit, so perhaps the fur in the unit was bothering you. We never received any complaints from you at all during your stay--would have happily removed those items from the unit to accommodate your allergies. We welcome all of our guests to reach out to the front desk if they experience any issue/problem during their stay. This is why having on on-site staff is a valuable amenity.   I've been returning to San Moritz for some 15 years....which says it all I think. I don't believe there is any other rental facility which offers as much for the price. Slope side, ski in ski out down to the West Wall Lift. Such friendly and attentive staff from housekeeping to reception. The free exclusive inhouse SUV shuttle - for trips to town or just to the base - is exceptional and the drivers are so friendly and informative. The condos are well maintained, functional, spacious and comfortable. Already planning the next trip.

  We had a wonderful time in Crested Butte. The location and views from the condo are spectacular. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortably fit our group of 4 adults and 2 dogs.   Booked this corner condo with a same level back entrance for 3 days of our epic 2 week bike trip.
  
  Overall really great. All the beds were decent, kitchen equipment was good and it has a nice big fridge.
  
  The wraparound deck was superb with a beautiful view of the Sunset. It wa snot busy so we borrowed a few extra chairs from the adjacent units. This corner deck had TONS of space efo runs to store our bikes and still enjoy the deck.
  
  Out back, lots of parking for pickups, and a SUPER POWERFUL bike wash hose.
  
  My only beef was that we couldn't get a late checkout and then the condo asked us to be out at 10AM! Which si pretty early. BUT, we decided to head to Grand Junction first thing so it was not really an inconvenience.

  Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. A very comfortable unit with central open Kitchen, dining and living area for all of us to congregate. Two adjoining Master bedroom suites on either side. One with private bathroom. The other with 3rd bedroom with 4 bunk beds sharing the 2nd bathroom.
  The general condition of the property was satisfactory. It showed some expected wear of a no longer brand new residence, but everything worked fine and it was very clean. Excellent wifi access. The location was excellent. Ski-in/out or a short walk to the mountain base. Free shuttle service was excellent to the mountain or town all day and night.
  Management was pleasant, accommodating and professional. Mountain was quiet with no crowds or lines. The CB ski school and daycare facilities/personnel were everything we could hope for both the kids and parents. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and relatives. The dining at the Mountain Base was minimal, but in town there was a nice varied selection of places to eat.
