This beautiful condo has been tastefully remodeled by the owners to create a large dining area just off of the living room. It is furnished with all the equipment and service your family or group would need to create and serve meals. Keystone-204 is a very comfortable two-bedroom unit. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets, and the bathrooms were recently remodeled. A large, open living-kitchen area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy views of Washington Gulch and Paradise Divide. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. This end unit is conveniently located steps from the slopes and trails.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There are just a couple of steps from the parking lot to access K-204.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Our complex is ski-in/ski-out, and the Keystone building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  Overall great experience - The Keystone condos are older but suited our needs. There was a strange odor in the entry way to the building but that could have come from the kitchen of any of the units. Thank you for responding to my survey from last year to improve the beds in the spare bedroom! Much Better sleeping accommodations! Enjoyed our stay!

  Stayed for the 1st time last summer and loved the location so much we came back for the skiing. A little tricky at first to figure out how to ski into the condos but once you find the trail it's perfect. Walked to the edge of the pakring lot, clicked in and skied down to the West Wall Lift, off to the mtn for the day. Stayed in K204 and had shovels, fire wood and shuttle. Loved it!

  Overall good experience, 4 Beds in second bedroom small and 2.5 out of 5 on comfort scale. Not an ideal bed for an adult. This second bedroom is set up for kids.
  Maybe consider putting a second TV in the Master Bedroom for those that would like to relax in the evening. (I know you should be out enjoying Nature in CB, not watching TV :-))
  Unit had all the accommodations for an enjoyable multi-night stay over.

  This comfortable unit was a wonderful set up for our family. With a designated dining area we had plenty of room to spread out for family games and meals. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. As a lower building in the complex, the ski access was better suited for kids and novice skiers. My only suggestion is that the master bed mattress be upgraded.

  Excellent condo. Can see that the owners care and are proud of their condo. Plenty pots and pans, cutlery, even some basic spices!!! Beds were very comfortable, views fabulous. Beautifully furnished. Enjoyed the chairs and small table on the balcony. The only “con” is that some of the bed pillows are quite stained and need to be replaced. This is easily corrected though. We had a lovely stay and the condo was beautiful!!
