This dog-friendly condo features mountain views overlooking Washington Gulch and an efficient, open layout ideal for families and small groups. After a day on the slopes or trails, relax in the inviting living space or gather by the wood-burning fireplace—we provide the firewood.

Step out onto the shared, west-facing patio from the living room or either bedroom and enjoy unforgettable sunsets/alpine scenery -and super convenient for letting your furbabies in & out. The bedrooms are separated on either side of the living area, offering privacy, each with its own bathroom.

This condo is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. Winter weather can change rapidly, and road conditions may become hazardous. AWD or 4WD vehicles with appropriate winter tires are strongly recommended. Please winterize your vehicle accordingly.

Dog Guest Policy
• Guests must notify the office in advance if bringing a dog
• Dogs must be at least one year of age
• Maximum of two dogs per condo
• Pet fee:
– $25 per night for one dog
– $35 per night for two dogs
• Pet fees cap at five nights
– Maximum of $125 for one dog
– Maximum of $175 for two dogs
• A $200 credit card authorization is required at check-in
• Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay

    This was a great condo for our needs - close to trails and town. The unit was also well stocked with all our cooking needs. Plenty of space for the four of us. Would happily stay here again, especially during ski season!

    The location was great. We were sad though that the view was blocked by snow accumulation but no one had control of that. There is lots of space and it was a very comfortable place to hang out. The kitchen stuff was skimpy and some of it poor quality.
