This very airy and spacious condo has everything you need to rest, relax, and enjoy your Rocky Mountain vacation. With four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and three baths, International-302 has plenty room to move around after an exciting day. Whether you come in ski season or summer season, with a small group or large group, this is a great condo to be in! A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. We supply the firewood. The fully equipped, walk-through kitchen has everything you need to create a perfectly satisfying meal. The main living area has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony with incredible views of the West Elk Mountains. Upstairs, you’ll find a sleeping loft, the fourth bedroom, and another bathroom. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. It even has a washer and dryer!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International building entrance is on the third floor. There are just a few steps from the parking lot to access I-302.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

The International building has good ski access, located slopeside. Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  Nice large condo that could accommodate large family get together. A bit dated and in need of some paint and TLC, and an upgrade to pots and pans, but super for our purposes of multi-generational reunion. This building at top of San Moritz development was a little challenging as a ski in ski out when path to/from West Wall lift was not groomed, and there was heavy powder snowfall - only expert skiers could ski back in at end of day. Beginners would need to use the shuttle provided, so it is not always a ski in ski out unit. Most days though it was. Overall, we had a great stay!

  Condo with everything especially for larger groups lots of comfy beds 3 bathrooms was a plus . Kitchen was well stocked I especially like they had a drip coffee pot instead of Keurig. Great view off the balcony. Perfect location. We were they for day hiking trails everywhere .

Only complaint is the stairs to upper rooms; ropes for stair rails? WAY too narrow and steep for young kids or older adults!!   We had a great time in Crested Butte! The house was great!! The house was perfect for our family! However if you are traveling with all adults be aware that the upstairs bedrooms have a very steep ladder style stair case to get up to them. Our two girls loved it though! They felt like they had a special area all to themselves. Hopefully next time we come back the town will all be back up and running again!

  We have stayed in this condo several times and it is always a great visit. The condo accommodates our 6 person group very easily and is very well located on the mountain. You can easily ski out ~100' away at the end of the street. The San Moritz staff is very nice and helpful. The free shuttle transportation on the mountain and into town is a great service. Nice drivers are always available in a few short minutes. We will be back again next year.

  Eight old friends on an annual boyz trip. Perfect set up for us. true ski in ski out. We have stayed at several condo's through the years and they all have similar layouts. Small kitchens but everything works fine. Two problems: the couch and seats are really old and lack support; and the indoor hot tub works like a combined sauna. Please install a proper outdoor hot tub! Better than not having a hot tub. Would book again.

  good ski in/out location. excellent condo shuttle service. hot tub/sauna actually working and in good condition. condo was well stocked, clean and had lots of room. although the kitchen was a bit small, especially for 5 guys cooking :-) jenny at the office was great and very helpful. nice view. only potential neg. was the steepness of the stairs to the loft. not a problem for us but possibly a challenge for grandmas. would happily stay here again.
