This spacious, four bedroom unit is very elegant and bright – beautifully redecorated in Scandinavian whites. A circular staircase leads to the loft. The kitchen and bathrooms feature marble countertops. Sleeping arrangements include two oversized king beds, two queens, and two pullouts. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots and pans. P-301 also includes four LCD TVs and DVDs, plus washer and dryer. Look up, and you’ll see the beautiful wood beams in every room.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are just a few steps from the parking lot to access P-301.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

**Please note our Deposit Policy at San Moritz Condos: If you book your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the Full Payment amount is due upon booking. If you book your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, half of the total amount is due upon booking as your Initial Deposit. The other Final Payment half is due 30 days from your arrival.**

  We had a wonderful time at this condo. We stayed here back in 2019 and it was great then, but seemed even better (cleaner, more updated) this time! The location is great and the property management team was SO wonderful. They were kind, helpful and very responsive. The only thing I would love to see in the future here is some Tupperware or foil available in the condo - we had to get creative with how to save food, but otherwise zero complaints from our entire group!

  Had a great time while visiting Crested Butte and building great memories with our family. Would recommend this condo for others to stay however not conducive for skiing in however the shuttle service from the base of the mountain worked well. Will definitely be back.
