Recently renovated Paradise 302 offers a spacious, multi-level retreat perfect for families or groups seeking alpine adventure and comfort. This five-sleeping-area condo provides direct ski access, expansive mountain views, and an inviting interior. Step outside to the patio and take in sweeping scenery and beautiful sunsets. In winter, the West Wall Lift is in clear view, while summer months bring hiking and biking opportunities along nearby resort trails and the Upper Loop. Inside, the open living area centers on a dramatic stone wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), creating a warm and welcoming space for gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals and the versatile sleeping arrangements provide comfort and privacy for up to 12 guests. Please note that stairs to the loft may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Indoor hot tub is open during ski season only
• BBQ grills are snowed in during winter
• Ski-in/out access typically begins in late December depending on snowfall

• A few steps from parking lot to access Unit P302 making this unit closest (least steps) to the parking lot
• Two parking spaces available for guests
• No air conditioning
• No elevator on premises
• Balcony and deck area is a shared space

MOUNTAIN TRAVEL ADVISORY
This condo is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. Winter weather can change rapidly, and road conditions may become hazardous. AWD or 4WD vehicles with appropriate winter tires are strongly recommended. Please winterize your vehicle accordingly.

AMENITIES AND ON-SITE SERVICES
An on-site office and staff make check-in and check-out easy and are available to assist during your stay. The sauna is open year-round, and each building offers two coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.

  San moritz is great...Christine and Michelle are awesome...they are right there to get anything one needs!! this particular condo, paradise 302 could use a few more upgrades and cooking supplies like an electric mixer and a good knife set. Perhaps new nonstick pans and a waffle iron? Location is great for ski in and out...beautiful view!!!
