Jokerville 304 is a spacious, well-appointed retreat designed for comfort, connection, and mountain living. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas create an inviting gathering space, complemented by a west-facing balcony with sweeping mountain views. After a day outdoors, unwind by the wood-burning fireplace—we provide the firewood. With generous square footage and multiple sleeping areas, this condo is an excellent choice for families and larger groups.

  We really love the Jokerville location since it is truly ski in and out. The staff is very helpful and the shuttle service makes things so much easier. The only improvement I would like for the unit we stayed in is that the dishwasher needs to be replaced. The bottom rack is missing at least 2 or more wheels, the cutlery holder has holes that the cutlery falls through and the dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes very well at all, even on heavy cycle. Also the kitchen sink is missing a stopper so you can't fill it and wash the dishes by hand. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed the unit and its location.

  Overall good experience. Would not recommend property for families with kids. Spiral staircase is an issue. Nice space otherwise. Convenient location to the mountain and town with shuttle service pickup a short walk from location. Three flights of stairs are a pain but worth the better view. Corner location makes use of balcony ideal for late night book reading or glass of wine.

  We love this property! It's location, the free shuttle service, the property management team and the owner all make this the perfect place for our family of 8 to spend the holidays every year.
  
  The kitchen is well supplied with all the cookware and utensils we need to fix anything from breakfast tacos to eggs benedict. And the Living area has comfortable seating facing the fireplace and beautiful views of the mountains and ski village.

  This was our second stay in this unit and it is perfect for our family. We have 2 married couples and young adult children with friends. The males were upstairs in the loft area, the girls were in the queen bed, and both married couples had a king bed. The three bathrooms gave all of us plenty of room also. The table was big enough for family card games in the evening and the kitchen was well equipped for meal preparations. There is firewood in the back and we built a nice fire. A laundry room is available for 75 cents/load for the washer and the same for the dryer. The unit was clean and well funished. The staff was courteous, responsive, and helpful and we enjoyed using the free shuttle to and from the base. THIS year, because of the small amount of snowfall and warmer temperatures, we did not have ski-in/ski-out but last time it was awesome. It snowed 18" after we left :( The only negative is move-in day. You will have to carry your luggage up the 3 flights of stairs plus one more. I advise you to pack lightly and arrive in good physical condition! By the way, we like to eat in Gunnison at Garlic Mike's and also at Slogar, in Crested Butte. While Crested Butte has wonderful restaurants, we find the prices steep for 9 people.
