Keystone-302 is beautifully renovated and redecorated. It is a perfect place to retreat with family and friends. Well-equipped and open to the living space, the kitchen is a great spot to enjoy company. The warm and inviting living room has plenty of comfortable, deep seating. Enjoy the views of the mountains or a burning fire in the stone fireplace. Each of the bedrooms is spacious, and all have new beds, bedding, and mattresses.

Downstairs, there is a lovely master bedroom with a king bed that was custom made in Crested Butte. This bedroom also has a TV. The second king bedroom features a bed that has a cowhide headboard and turquoise bed posts, also made locally – giving it a unique Crested Butte flair. The third bedroom downstairs has two twin beds. The upstairs area has a bedroom with two twin beds, and the loft has two queen beds, which also includes a TV nook and club chairs.

Getting out the door to ski is quick and simple, this condo is on the mountain side within the Keystone complex, making it an easy ski down to the West Wall lift.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There is one flight of stairs to access K-302.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Friendly
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

The Keystone building has great ski-in/out access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is by the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building.

On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. Each building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.

  We love the location of SM in relation to the lifts/slopes. This was our 2nd stay. The only "complaint" I have is that the shower liners were really moldy. The front desk was really helpful during booking and during our stay when we had questions. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes/utensils for cooking. Parking is kind of tricky and crowded but overall we would stay again at SM.

  Family needs. The view is fabulous from our balcony porch, it’s close to the everything we like to do in Crested Butte. We all feel at home here; just love the Colorado mountain decor. We all like to join in and cook most of our meals. I gave the property general condition a 4star only because we would like to see an upgrade in the cookware such as the nonstick skillets, stock/pasta pots; a nice of set of stainless steel cookware would be awesome. The Teflon skillets Were worn out way beyond use and the aluminum pots were warped and needing replaced.
  We love this area of the mountain and hope to continue our family reunion here for years to come. The office staff is great AND always
  So accommodating. Our condo is always very clean and ready for our move in. Thank you for accommodating our family pet as well!!! See you next year hopefully!!!!!

  We stayed in this condo with 4 children and 7 adults. The living space is a bit tight for this many adults but was very manageable due to the incredible accessibility to the ski slopes. I highly recommend this location and condo. The sauna and hot tub were inside and very nice for the family. Any issues that arrived were resolved same day. The maintenance man lives in the building, which is very convenient. The free shuttle rides were great and always available, most of the drivers also live in the building. The office staff is very easy to get a hold of and will help with anything immediately. My only suggestion would be to update the main picture to reflect the two queen beds on the loft area and to replace the circular dining table with a rectangular one to be able to accommodate more seating. We would definitely stay here again.

  We were a group of 8, and this was the perfect home base for a week of skiing and socializing. There was plenty of bed/bath space for all of us, and while the kitchen/living room area wasn't huge - the owners have made the most of that space and there was plenty of lounging/seating area for us. The ski closet in the hall was handy for ski storage, and it really was a great ski in/ski out location for us.
  The unit was very clean, and the management staff was helpful from questions during bookings to all interactions we had with them during our stay. We'd gladly come back!

  The management office for these units is terrific - super responsive, very helpful and always friendly so we felt more comfortable booking at this property with Christine than at the other condos. The unit we stayed has v. nice views from the living room and both king bedrooms as well as from a broad balcony where one can have coffee outside while protected from the weather. We stayed with our close friends and the three baths/4+ bedrooms afforded plenty of room for both couples and the kids. Location is very convenient both to town and to hiking trails/riding stables/rivers&lakes... Check in/out was made straightforward and easy. While we didn't use the nice wood burning fireplace, we noticed that the building appeared to stock plenty of firewood for you.

  We loved our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the updates you have done are really nice! We had a group of 11 of us so used every room except the loft. Our only suggestions would be more hooks to hang towels and we thought maybe putting a queen and a twin in the downstairs room instead of just 2 twins would have been great. But, we thought the way you remodeled was so nice - great closets!! Loved the couch in the living area - seated so many!! The staff was so accommodating - always very helpful.   Ski in/ski out. Nicely updated large condo. Two of the 4 bdrms have twin beds. Upstairs open loft area has 2 queen beds, so no privacy, but small, private bdrm upstairs has twin beds. Should be the other way around. Tiny, spiral staircase to upstairs is not toddler friendly or tired, ski-leg friendly. Also, hit our heads several times on protruding steps. However, it is a lovely, comfortable place with comfortable beds. The lighting in all rooms is totally too dim for reading, playing board games, & seeing. Need to step that up. Minor cost in buying some more lamps. The parking lot was a disaster. Deep ruts if ice, which turned into deep pools if water. Cars & trucks were constantly getting stuck. Not to mention, it made walking very hazardous. It is a great location for ease of getting to the lifts & walking the dog.

  We stayed at this property for four nights and thought it was a great rental. There was more than enough space for our party of 5, and think we could have easily fit many more if we had a larger family vacation. The place was clean and generally up to date. Everyone in our family agreed that the beds were amazingly comfortable. As other reviews have noted, the unit is a little dark - even with lights on - so that would be our only (minor) complaint. The location is perfect for walking to the ski resort and only 5ish minute drive from the old town. We would definitely stay here again.

  It was a good place to stay, its in great condition, with excellent fitout and all kitchen needs- some suggestions, probably worth highlighting there is no air condition as we were looking for the controls, took a while to figure out there was none. Need to let air in at night but cant do that easily via main windows as they are actually large sliding doors and there is no lock on the screen doors which open onto a common balcony so we were not comfortable leaving door open at night and it got stuffy.

  We had more than enough space for two families to share this nice condo! It was very spacious and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. It was such a nice location with lots to do within walking distance! We would definitely be interested in staying here again. My only two recommendations that would make it even nicer is if there was a washer/dryer in the condo and if the condo had more kitchen utensils (flippers, spatulas, sharp knives for cutting fruit, cutting boards, etc.) I am also used to rentals having more long-term foods available for use (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc.) Not necessities by any means, but would have been nice to have available.   We had a great time. Loved having the housekeeping service. Lots of beds! The condo is alittle dark - could use a couple more lamps and higher watt light bulbs. Nice to have a ski closet right outside the condo. It is good ski out in the morning but a little more difficult to ski in for beginners - but just a very short walk if you decide not to ski-in.

  Great place to stay and the condo has been updated recently. Staff was very friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The use of the free shuttle service was invaluable as we did not have to start our own vehicles the whole time that we were there.

  Great location! Ski in, ski out allowed for return for lunch, checking up on non-skiers etc.
  Lighting throughout the condo is inadequate, especially in den and master bedroom. Could use a larger chest of drawers in master bedroom.
  All the white coffee cups in kitchen were chipped and should be replaced.
  Staff was very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
