Short-Term Rental License: 305660

Keystone-303 has been remodeled and furnished in a contemporary lodge theme with unique details. Rest after a day in the mountains on the living room's comfortable leather sofa. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten at the table and bar, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and granite counters. Bedrooms feature artistic custom beds and headboards. The baths are appointed with new vanities and lighting. Two sliding glass doors open to the west-facing balcony where you can catch every sunset and enjoy views of Paradise Divide and Washington Gulch. The main living area has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find a sleeping loft, the fourth bedroom, and another bathroom. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs up to the third floor to access K-303.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

Our complex is ski-in/ski-out, and the Keystone building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

  We had a wonderful time in Mt. Crested Butte and the condo was perfect for our family of 10. Everyone had plenty of space and we enjoyed our time together in the evenings gathering in the den/dinning area. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking. The condo's free shuttle service was an added bonus since we didn't have a car. The drivers were all so nice and helpful. We never had to wait long at all to be picked up and taken to the base area or the town. The office staff were great to work with too. We enjoyed the convenience of ski in/ski out, even though we did have a little difficulty navigating the ski in on the first day, but after that it was fine. We would definitely recommend staying at Keystone 303!

  We had a wonderful stay at the Keystone 303 San Moritz Condo. The condo is very comfortable. Lots of beds and cute decor. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need, though I would suggest they add a couple more cutting boards. The office staff is very helpful and the housekeeping services are great. My only suggestion when staying here in the summer is to be aware that the upstairs bedrooms get really hot and don’t cool off until late into the night. Even with a fan. Not sure what they can do about it, but it’s quite uncomfortable. Luckily our boys were in those rooms and they don’t complain much. Other than that, the condo is great, the location is perfect. Beautiful sunsets every night. We love Created Butte and we love these condos.

  We shared this VRBO with another family and we really happy to have two Master Bedrooms. Our teens had plenty of space and comfortable rooms. The upstairs loft and bedroom were very popular with them. It was a great rental that I recommend. The only challenge we had was with the fireplace and the chimney flue. We had some issues getting the smoke to draw out which was concerning. Maybe it needs to be cleaned or checked?

  We enjoyed the visit very much. The condo is well appointed and spacious. It also has a very nice, spacious kitchen with good appliances, although the lack of a disposal hurt. Only other drawback to us was that the dining table area was pretty congested. Hard to get around the table when it was occupied. Living room area and TV were great. The spiral staircase to upstairs was a little perilous to some of the larger guys. Had to be very careful. Overall though, a great place that we would stay in again.

  This is a great condo to stay in especially with kids since there are plenty of beds. In fact, the loft had one more bedroom than what we were expecting and so all of our older kids had a room to themselves. The balcony is a shared balcony which was fine and the view of the sunset was nice. The kitchen had essentially what we needed although some appliances needed to be repaired and we advised the management. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. The showers were also good. Great location to get to the bike park which was great for our group.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, well equipped and located right in the slopes (though it's a black diamond to ski back home). The shuttle service was a nice perk, but one time we had to wait over 30 minutes for a pick-up. They apparently had only one shuttle running for 40+ condos. There is also a town bus route into town but itvis a bit of a pain (blue line to Ski Village then transfer to Green line into town)

  My family recently enjoyed a visit to Crested Butte, staying at the San Moritz. The condo has lots of space for everyone to have their own bedroom. It has recently been updated with very nice furnishings. The views look west across the valley. In winter it is only 100 yds to ski lift. You can walk to the base area for restaurants or your morning cup of coffee.
  The management was very responsive and helpful. The unit was very clean.
  We visited in the first week of October and the fall colors were exceptional.

  This place was great for two families. The location is amazing--right on the mountain, trais, and a short walk to the base area. The two masters and three kid bedrooms were perfect, and the loft area upstairs was great for the kids to hang out away from the adults.   Stayed seven nights in Keystone 303. There was 8 adults and two small children. There was plenty of room. Location was great. The lighting in the unit could have been better. The rooms were very dark. Some of us were archery elk hunting and some of us were fishing. Our favorite restaurants are the Brick Oven and The Last Steep in Crested Butte and the West Cafe in Gunnison. Will definitely be back.

  Came to Crested Butte over the 4th of July for the holiday and a wedding. The location was awesome and the views every evening were as well . All the staff was very helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend.

  Our group had a great stay in condo K303. San Moritz is an older condo building, but our unit had been nicely updated. There was plenty of space for our 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) to spread out in. The kids especially loved the loft area for hanging out and sleeping. The Keystone building was easy ski in/ski out near the West Wall Lift. The interactions I had with the fromt office staff and housekeeping were all positive. Our only complaint was with the free shuttle service. We took the shuttle into town one evening, which was great, but when we started calling at 9pm for pick up no one answered. We spent an hour trying to call with no luck, then had to track down a bus to the mountain base and walk back to the condo from the base. Not sure what happened there, but I would recommend trying to confirm a pick up with the driver ahead of time.

    I'm happy you enjoyed the condo and the ski access. I'm sorry to hear you were not able to reach our shuttle one evening. I'm aware of what went wrong that night. The cell phone tower for our carrier went down and that did impact our ability to answer shuttle calls. This is the first time we've had cell phone tower issues. Our evening drivers have been with us a long time and are always very reliable. I'm glad the town bus was able to get you back to the condo. We appreciate the review and would be happy to have you stay again. Thanks!

  This ski condo was great. Check in check out was a breeze. Everything we needed nothing we didn't. Kitchen was pleasantly stocked (we brought our own as we are used to minimal or poor kitchen supplies). Access to the mountain is easy and the skiing above the condo provided and added bonus.   It's actually 5 bedrooms & a loft, not 4. We had a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked, however it would have been nice if there were things like salt/oil/spices laying around from previous tenants to use for cooking.
